ok i'v only have been doing flat for chest for about 6 weeks now, do as muich sets as it takes till i can barely lift the bar more than once. my last chest workout i did the same after that i did chest flies and overhead arm extensions, about 5 sets for both. now 2 days later im a little sore like i just started workingout again. is this good or bad did i over do it or this whats called shocking the muscles?
