hi so i finally gotten back to the gym after a long layoff, ive been doing this routine for 3 weeks and i`m really enjoying it. so my plan is to do a full body workout 3 days a week (mon, wed, fri) for 6 months and then split it maybe!
my main goal is just to be healthy and have a good all round fitness,
basically i do my compound movements first
Squats
Bent over rows
DB press (switched from bench press and am liking it)
military press
lat raise (switched from upright rows because they didnt feel comfortable)
chin ups
CG bench press
curl
leg curl
calf press
crunch
its pretty basic i know, but should my order be arranged differently for maximum benefit?? also im doing the chin ups for personal satisfaction as i know my back may be getting hit enough from the rows. is there anything i should be doing differently, ive read the stickies and cowpimps guides. i
in terms of cardio i cycle 10k to and from work every day (the gym is on my way home) so my legs do be pretty shot after the gym( so i dont think id be able to incorporate deads!), i also play football for an hour on monday and friday. then rest for the weekend,
i was just wondering what you guys think, and what should i do differently in terms of weights and cardio??
