3 of them shakes (40 grams of whey, 1 cup of old fashioned 100% oats, 1 cup of lowfat, low sugar yogurt.
3 "regular" meals
1. Can of tuna in water mixed with light mayo and pickles, Apple and maybe another very small piece of fruit usually blue or rasberries
2. 8 white and 2 whole scrambled eggs, some veggies, a serving or two of the slow cooked (30 min) brown rice that comes in those tube bags
3. Sliced turkey breast from the deli on two pieces of 100% whole wheat bread, a serving of veggies or a small piece of fruit
