Ok I got a seizure letter a while back regarding my naps order. Nine days ago I sent them a copy of the letter in an email.

This is the response I got:
"Thank you ***** your information has been submitted to admin support for further review will be in touch shortly
Thank you
CS"

Nine days pass....I send another email:

"It has been over a week. Any update on this?

You have had my order for over 4 months. You have a copy of the seizure letter. When can I expect a re-ship? Everything I originally ordered is available right now through your various suppliers you have listed on your site.

Thank you.

This is the response I got:
"These are on the way, we expect the bulk of them to arrive over the course of the next two weeks. Right now we do not give out tracking numbers for security reasons and to ensure arrival as some people like to post sensitive info for LE to see.

Nice customer service. Sending the same generic crap copy paste that does not address my issue in the least. Don't hold your breath for ever getting a reship for the hundreds (or soon to be hundreds) that receive seizure letters (do apparently to a comically easy to detect fedex shipping method).

I've found that if you keep opening the same ticket, you will eventually get something other than the answering machine.
 
They are reshipping THOUSANDS of orders along with seizures, they have a protocol for submitting reships and your was submitted and will be resent. Its awesome you posted this instead of hitting up a rep first. When you get your reship i hope you come back and eat your insults.

I thought the packages were stuck in the postal hub and were being released slowly..

Dear Customer and any LE viewing this thread, packs from Naps, an international drug dealer are being shipped from (pick your country here) to Catabolic and thousands of others on (pick a date here) and will be arriving at (pick your countries customs location here). We'd like to invite you to intercept them all so that customers can blame Naps further.

Fuck guys, give it a god damned rest. Your shit is coming, we are staying here, you don't like it, tough shit.
 
I'm going to the gym, at least there I don't have to listen to grown men piss and moan. The old ladies there do, but not the men.

I fail to see where the op had a insult in his post. Saying that naps customer service is horrible is not an insult, more like a fact right now.
 
Yea like another poster said. Keep reopening the same ticket no matter what. You eventually get actual typed out messages instead of copy/paste.

Open a ticket, let customer service have a chance to respond and go from there. Don't open multiple tickets on the same issue, it just slows down the whole process.

reshipped really? i thought they were clogged in postal hub too. How can they reship GP products?

That sucks that your shit got seized bro but in the grand scheme of things, your REship isn`t going to happen anytime soon. I know thats not cool but they have a ton of other orders that have to be shipped for the first time before they circle back to fill the reships.

I would tell you to just suck it up and
order from another source and just hope your naps gets in for your next cycle.

i placed an order about 2 months ago and i got it in 2 1/2 wks. GXR will take care of the issues, he helped me out about a year ago. good dude
 
Let's say any given person gets a seizure letter from naps.

If that person were to order from another source to the same address while they waited "x" amount of time for their reship from naps. Would that new order from the other source be more likely to be seized given the fact that they just seized a package going to the same place??
Just curious as to what everyone thinks.

Yeah, there is a chance customs flagged your address.
 
they dont look at every single package. is randomly that they pick packages

there is a chance but not necessarily..last time i got a letter.. my reship came smooth with no problems

Well for starters I do believe it is a part of naps reship policy that you have to provide a new address for the reship.

As far as an address being flagged by customs could happen but probably unlikely unless your seized pack contained large amounts.

I order many other things from outside the country though that are 100% legal so I'd at least have some sort of way to watch for it before I'd even think of having another order shipped to the same address if I got a seizure letter, still hoping though that my pack sneaks through one of these days.

that's the normal process, unless they are looking for something specific and in this case several fucktards gave out tracking info, so all they have to do is keep an eye out for packs with similar info, I like to hope they are dumb but I doubt they are that dumb, I believe I saw on a doc a year or two ago that customs is the gov second money maker next to the IRS

someone could always use a po box.. if they were paranoid their addy was flagged also
