cut / diet help please

i've never really done a "cut" before. i just finished a test e cycle and am now on 200mg per week of test c, for hrt.

i'm 5'7" / 215lbs. i'm pretty muscular, so it's not as bad as it sounds, lol. i obviously have my fair share of fat to drop though.

i work out 3 days a week (weight lifting / heavy) and do cardio 3 more days a week. i rest the 7th day.

i go to the gym at 5am. when i get home i have a double scoop whey isolate shake (in skim milk) for breakfast. i take green tea, a multi vit, plus vit b, c, e, d3 and fish oil. i'm fixing to order some lean xtreme.

i need help with a diet. i want to lose about 20 lbs, but don't want to sacrifice alot of the muscle i gained.

i'm diabetic, so i pretty much have to stay away from carbs.
 
Read the getting started link in my signature. Track your intake for a week and report back with your average intake in grams of fat, protein, and carb.
