please help with my cutting diet im trying to get all fat shedded off me im currently 12% bf weighing in at 220lbs 6/3 and im 23 im on aas also
my current cutting diet looks something like this
meal 1) 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal with half cup soy milk, 1 banana sometimes with tablespoon peanut butter sometimes not
meal 2) 50gram protein shake 220 calories
meal 3) turkey breast or tuna sandwich on wheat bread
meal 4) protein shake 50 gram post workout 220 calories
meal 5) 14 - 16 oz top sirloin steak or chicken breast with half cup of rice
meal 6) 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
i lift 5 days a week and currently am not doing cardio besides playing ice hockey once a week but im gonna start running maybe twice a week
my protein intake is about 300 grams im guessing my calories is between 2500 - 3200
help me out with this need to maintain as much muscle as i can im also on eq sust and winny week 12 of 16
