Hey guys, I'm 210lbs about 10%bf. I train 6 times a week and get 3 days of cardio in a week 30 minutes each day. Right now my diet varies most days but I summed up my average intake. I do 5 meals a day with 4 shakes spaced out throughout the day.

Cal: 3,368
Fat: 92.6g
Carbs:188g
Protein:448g

Im about to start a cutting cycle with test c, tren a, and winni. Not sure where my calories should be, I'd would like to get down to 6% or so and be a bit more vascular. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!:winkfinger:

I think protein is up a little too high. I'd stay around 2 grams per pound of lbm. So that puts you at around 380 or so. I'd definitely up the carbs and lower the fats. You don't need all that fat to maintain natty test while on AAS. Are you carb cycling or is that the amount of carbs you take in every single day? I would limit your shakes to one per day, and that would be for post workout. Try to get the rest of your protein from whole food sources.

Im not carb cycling, around 190 each day. About how many grams of carbs and how many grams of fat would you say?

6%? That is really low. Is this for a bodybuilding competition?
No this isn't for a competition. I was at 6.5% late last year, but I didn't get there with the right diet and I lost a bit of muscle. So I'm looking to get there again but maintain as much of my LBM as I can

Hello

It's great that you manage your diet by both food and shake. Thanks for sharing I too follow you.

I cut on gunpowder an cornbread but that's just me..

I think you can get away with a little more carbs. Probably around 250 or so and around 30-40 grams fat.

3,400 cals is a little high even for a cutting diet on AAS. I'd keep it around 2,600-2700. I'd also think about using a refeed day once a week on the day you work your biggest muscle, LEGS! For you, 3400 cals on AAS would be more like a recomp diet.
