Hey guys, I'm 210lbs about 10%bf. I train 6 times a week and get 3 days of cardio in a week 30 minutes each day. Right now my diet varies most days but I summed up my average intake. I do 5 meals a day with 4 shakes spaced out throughout the day.

Im about to start a cutting cycle with test c, tren a, and winni. Not sure where my calories should be, I'd would like to get down to 6% or so and be a bit more vascular. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
