i`m going to start cutting soon and was wondering would it be ok to do this with my meals....i`m away at uni so access to facilities and cutting meals is limited for me this is what i intend to do for breakfast and dinner my two problem meals while away at uni

on a sunday at home before i head away for a week at uni
make a batch of protein pancakes split them up into breakfast sized portions for 5 days with the req macros and then freeze them

and then cook up my required amount of mashed sweet potatoe and chicken and combine these into meal patties for the 5 days and freeze these too and then when im having them i can just throw on some broccalli on the day for my veg...
is this ok or would these foods not keep for the 5 days if not how long will they keep for??
any help greatly appreciated!!

I agree 100% with Joi! This is absolutely perfect and very good planning! :thumb: There is absolutely no reason why you can't do this and all these things will certainly last in the freezer for that amount of time.

Good luck! :hot:

thanks for the response... didn`t want to start this until i was sure the food was safe to eat!!
