Cutting "on" vs "off"

When "off" gear i usually cut anywhere from a 300 - 500 calorie deficit...

Is there a "rule of thumb" number while "on" gear?

37 years old
have run bulkling cycles with Test P & Test E - with Dbol and var...
13% BF now while on current bulk
205lbs
5'10"

Plan would be to run an 8 week cut with Prop only maybe 100mg ED to get BF% down before running next bulk
 
No, is the same. I would go about 500 cals.

100mg prop ED is too much for cutting, purpose of gear is only to maintain muscle. 100mg EOD is enough.
 
How important is it to cut with steroids....

How much muscle should I expect to lose compared to cutting naturally and juiced?

You can cut harder on gear for sure.

Your cycle looks fine. Testosterone has been proven to be dose dependent when it comes to lowering body fat and increasing muscle mass on a standardized diet. In other words, 600mg T is better than 300mg T for cutting or adding LBM.

How about leangains-style IF? Eating a lot more on exercise days and at a big deficit on rest days?

I am doing this on my cycle now. For me it is the best way to recomp and cut; also really helps keep my insulin levels stable giving me good energy.

hey heavy i thought that when trying to cut that a lower dose of test was better because high doses of test cuased bloat water gaing look buffy.and the low dose test help keep muscle while cutting.i am trying to cut right now and am doing 500mg a week of test e.and please everybody keep the damn diet is key shit to your self i know this along with every body else in the world.and yes i use a ai but still with high doses of test you still usally hold a little water right.

i have been thinking of tryiing this the only thing i am worried about is recovery because what you eat on off days is when your recovering so it might hurt in recovering from hard work outs right?
