Any advice would be great.

Saturated fat is beneficial as well. Too much fiber, 50 g is enough. Whey protein in the breakfast would be great. 16 week is too long.

IMO :)

It's great to see you are getting EFAs in your diet, but you need a wider variety of fat sources. Try olive oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, nuts, etc.

You don't need that much fiber. Don't worry, you can eat a decent number of carbs and still lose fat. Don't get caught up in the low carb hype. Is it effective? Certainly. Is it necessary? No. Just make sure your carbohydrates are low on the glycemic index; you don't want to raise your blood sugar and insulin levels excessively.
