I've switch to Cutting right now, so how many sets and reps and different type of exercise (for each department) would you advise me to do?
BTW, I got a question regarding bicep curls. You know, for example I'm doing concentrated curls, and once I lift the dumbbell up my shoulder length and decide to breath out and place it back to the starting position, should I keep my arm straight when it's down till it touches my Calf or or should it be slight bent and a few inches away from my Calf?
