Cutting Reps, and curl movement

I've switch to Cutting right now, so how many sets and reps and different type of exercise (for each department) would you advise me to do?

BTW, I got a question regarding bicep curls. You know, for example I'm doing concentrated curls, and once I lift the dumbbell up my shoulder length and decide to breath out and place it back to the starting position, should I keep my arm straight when it's down till it touches my Calf or or should it be slight bent and a few inches away from my Calf?

<FONT COLOR="Blue">You should go down all the way to get a full stretch but you also need to keep the tention on the bicep muscle, keep your shoulder to the outside of your knee and you should be OK</FONT c>

For the first Q, you should train the same way you do to build muscle.

For the second Q, concentration curls are not a very good bicep exercise. The best exercises stress the targeted muscles at their optimum range for producing force (in practice, this length usually coincides with the muscles length in its "relaxed" position.

A concentration curl stresses the muscle greatest during full contraction, which is not the optimum range for producing force.

Using this information, the standing straigh bar curl is the best exercise for the biceps (You probably new that, but now you know why).

If you want all the "how's" and "why's" i'll explain it, but i figured that it's just "boring stuff" to you.

*** Note that Supreme mentioned that it is the "best exercise" for the biceps. This does not mean it is the most effective for targetting the elbow flexors.
