Cutting the extra Fat

Hi let me tell you my workout to reduce the body fat %...Interval timing , when you do cardio like running, swimming, jumping rope or others activity you have to mix low whit high intensive level ,if you run more than 30 min always the same way you're body will train only your lungs; you don't want that , you want to reduce the fat that is hiding you're 6-pack, so when doing cardio do it 60 second of high level them 90 second of low level , this way your body will be cutting Fat, because every time you do a high intensity level and suddenly a low intensity level your body will not have the time to recover from the chock and will use your fat for energy , you must work your cardio in the morning on a empty stomach to burn the extra fat that you don't need.
Do it for one to two week's, registry your waist size and then you will see that is really working, if you are a beginner do it like this:

25 min running
60 seconds High intensity level
90 seconds Low intensity Level

But if you are an advance level :
30 min running
60 seconds High intensity level
60 seconds low intensity level

RUBBISH!! this workout will create a calorie deficit and thats why it is possible to reduce weight, your not actually burning fat! dont mean to be harsh, but people may read this and think its correct, when really there is a much more efficient way to lose fat.

I don't think so, calorie deficit is when you don't consume the calories that your body need when you reduce your Calorie intake for 20% or 30%, my workout don't say nothing about that,so tell me what is your best method?

So we're not to think that youre not into make a buck if someone follows your link and reads the weak ass blog then buys the book? I know alot about online maketing and this is standard. Your first post and youre telling people what you do and that they should do it, putting a link in your sig. Did you get permission? Are you a sponsor? A decent marketer does not try to rush it. You sound like youre twelve and your post was rubbish I agree. You lose fat by creating a caloric deficit. yes running your ass off can help to do that but its not needed to cut fat and actually is way less efficient than diet manipulation. There are waaaay too many pros on this site for this type of post. Prove us wrong, stick around and contribute. Dont give us this crap about how you were attacked either. You brought it on yourself :lol::roflmao:

No way , im just saying what result for me, if you have a different idea just share, the fact that i have a blog is because i think i can share my ideas, my blog don't have banner ad, ads by goggle nothing, if you don't like the way i speak i don't care, but you know that this workout result? and if you have a different way of burning fat just say, i will be pleased to try it and if better then HIIT, good because im still learning, don't just attack , say why this workout don't work then show us yours, and spot reducing don't exist, you have to lower your all body fat% to see your abs.
