If you are competing (before the final week of cutting) at 250#, what is the average amount of water weight you lose in your final week? I've hear stories of guys taking in as little as three oz's of water per day! The said that all of the water leaves the cartilidge in their knees and pads of their feet, and feel they are walking bone on bone.
