That is - it will take as long as it takes. There are too many variables in this questions (eg: your age, sex, overall body weight, current dietary choices, future dietary plan, current and future training program, genetic predisposition to fat storage etc etc)...
Getting from ~20% to 13-15% should not be too hard for a bloke and could be done relatively easily (and is faster) but getting under 10% is where you start to run into more troubles and you need to take it slower - otherwise you will strip off too much lean mass in the process.
