Cycle advice closing in on contest

Im about 14 weeks out for contest, mid april. Running test 400 every 5 days. just finished up tbol kick start for 5 weeks. running letro at 1.25mg/EOD. My trainer told me to pick up some T3, but i have no idea on the dosing. I also need clomid n nolva from you guys as well. thinking 50/20mg split for 4 weeks, starting 15 days after last T400 pin. Been running liv 52 thsi whole time, but could i stop taking this once the oral is done? T3 dosing?


Just got new diet plan from trainer yesterday to start the fat loss with 275 grams of protein 150 carbs a day to see how body changes. 4 days a week cardio at 30min each for now and will adjust accordingly. Debating also whether to get research chem T3 where you might not know dosage vs just pills. Thanks guys for suggestions.

Sitting around 218 at 14% currently.
 
i think the letro is to high for this far out.
T3 is normaly 50-75mcg ed

i think you need more protein
your body fat is really high for 14 wks out, jmo
dont know how tall you are but imo the test should be higher or you need another compound in there to help build up size as your trying to cut down.

Thank you. Im looking at PAX T3 currently. the 14% was few weeks back on a electronic handle reader, not sure entirely accurate. I can tell with lowering carbs things are starting to tighten up nicely. Also being week 5 on test i think its starting to really have full blown effect. Ive thought to inc my pins from every 5 days to every 4. I also have Mast E on hand which ive seen on some vets to add at the end half of cycle. This is my first run so ive read up and done to run a long ester test only, but love advice on this. Thanks again. Im 6 foot, i guess could say 6 ft and half inch, depends if you telling a girl your size. :coffee:
 
Yeah I fucking hate how girls wanna know exactly how tall you are. Like 5'11.5" VS 6'0.5" is sucha difference. The girl is probably like 5'3" on top of it. Fucking whores. So fucking gay. Anywho.....

You are supposed to pyramid T3 starting just above 27mcg. 27mcg mimicks our natural thyroid action. So just pyramid up from like 30-35mcg. If you go over 75mcg you might have some trouble burning muscle if you aren't eating enough protein. That stuff is strong. Good luck.

So damn true, just like something else where half inch matters. So instead just make sure you know how to use what you got. Which all of us here want to day in/day out.

Thanks for the pyramid idea. Ive heard not to over do it for same reason, being catabolic at high levels.
 
Girls are way more worried about how tall you are than dick size. I had a 4 foot 11 inch girl talking about how she couldn't date anyone 5'6" and under. She kept talking about how she was a born again christian and accepted everyone for who they are and how she doesn't judge people.... I wanted to kick her in her cunt. I'm 5'10" and still get snubbed by the girls that won't date guys under 6 foot. God I need to go lift.
 
Talking with girls I'm friends with, ones I've dated, and cousins they are on the same wave length. I need a tall man I can where heels and still look up to. Christians love to judge people, just saying. So yes go tell the girls to kick rocks no free drinks at the bar from me.
 
My points still stand on there own..... Even if you want to minus the "tall" part.
 
Well if im doing my math right, pin every 5 days with T400 means about 560/week, so i upped to every 4 days id be hitting 700/week. Ill start that T3 maybe 8 weeks out or is this something to get on now ride it low adjusting up from there. Im backing down the letro as you suggested. I believe Mast E would be something to add at the tail end too, say 6-8 weeks out. Also saw mast is most effective at lower BF% anyways so going to really do my best to hit 10% before thats introduced.
 
Sounds like your o the right track now. The higher test will help you not lose gains with the T3 and carb reduction. When you get below 10% then run the mast. Might consider switching to Test prop. test E and Cyp will make you hold some water. Test P does not do that as bad if any. Good luck on your show. I'm about 20 weeks out right now so starting to dial back the calories and see what I need to do.
