Ok on the first week of october i'm going from bulking down to maintenance, then after a week on maintenance i'm chopping down to a cutting diet.
I have ran clen before like probably two years ago and i ran tabs
Now along my cutting dieti'm planning to run liquidclen 2 weeks on and 2 off and on the two off run benadryl 50mg per day, then on my two weeks off along with benadryl i'm going to take new vpx metldown. along with this plan and my cutting diet i will do 1-2 days of hiit cardio 20 min tops, for weight training i will switch my sections to P/PR/S. Any tips , comments appreciated.
