Need Advice to maximize results. About me info below.

1) Age: 28
2) Weight and Percent Body Fat: 226-231lbs 14-16% BF (Height: 6'2) 6'3 on a good day :owned:
3) Years of Consistent Training experience: 1 year Consistent; I've trained on and off since 8[SUP]th[/SUP] grade. Played College Football, have background on lifting.
4) Previous Cycle experience: Pro-hormone in HS. Oral only cycle (2004), 1 Sus 250 Cycle (2006). I never prepared myself for those cycles (diet was off/no AI, ETC). Didn't educate myself, didn't eat right. Didn't even know I could hurt myself (I was completely dumb)
5) Training routine and Diet: Currently doing 5days (m-f) of Weight training + light Cardio on those days. If I feel great I sometimes do a little cardio on off days (walk and read). My Diet is better then most (so I think). I've been tracking it digitally for the past 12 or so weeks to keep track of what I?m doing. So here is a Ratio run down (Protein/Carb/Fat): Week 1: 39/43/18, Week 2: 35/43/22, Week 3: 35/47/18, Week 4: 35/37/28, Week 5: 34/38/27, Week 6: 38/36/26, Week 7: 33/37/29, Week 8: 39/36/25, Week 9: 40/38/22, Week 10: 40/38/21, Week 11: 40/37/23, Week 12: 44/40/16.
I eat 6 to 7 meals a day (each meal, I have a Carb and Protein and around 16oz of Water). Also, most carbs I eat are complex (except Fruit or Greek yogurt I eat with cottage cheese, and fat are from almonds, avocados, fish oil, olive oil, NO BS Fats). I eat every 3 hours, but could eat every 2hrs. I also have a post protein shake/simple carb (don?t count that as a meal). I am eating around 2400 to 2700 calories a day (would love to eat more!).

6) Cycle Goals: I want to get bigger, faster, and stronger! I don?t want to put on much more body fat. I want to train more and harder. I also want to be realistic?
7) What I have on hand for a cycle: I have 30 ML of Test E (300mg/ML), 120 Dbol?s (methandienone/20mg per tab) Liquid Clomi{Clomid} (70ml,35mg/ml) Liquid Tamox{nolva} (50ml, 20mg/ml), Liquid Stane {arimidex} (30ml, 25mg/ml), 10 arimidex tabs (1mg/tab), plus somemore Nolva suspension (30ml, 25mg/ml), and Clom suspension (20ml, 60mg/ml) oh and 23g 1 1/2in precision glide needles (more then enough)
8) Supplements: I take DX7 (multi vitamin), 12 grams Fish Oil (2g with each meal), Glucosamine/MSM (single serving)

There you have it, the basics about me. I would love try and work out 3on 1off (so 6days a week)which would be a first. Start my cycle eating around 4000 ? 4500 and bump each month(250-500 cal). I'd love to run the cycle 12 weeks. Use the oral to at 40mg split daily for first 4 or 5 weeks (kick start). Run the Test E 600mg a week, split in 2 (mon-thurs).

I'm open to suggestions. Literally, anywhere and everywhere; Diet, exercise, supplements, Cycle, etc.

Doing some quick macro calculations . Looks like you BMR ( base metabolism rate) is 2283 calories . With your daily activities ( job and exercise ) amusing you have a physical type job . Your total daily calorie expenditure would be 3539 . So to lose or gain weight you should have a 500 ish calorie addition or deficit

With as low as your calories are now you would have problems adding muscle since your not feeding them enough . Looks like from your macros you need more protein and less carbs imo . 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pond of body weight puts you @ 348 on the low end but on cycle i would get closer to 2 grams per pound

I can go on and on about nutrition but i have to go eat lol

Yeah, I know. I am at a reduction to lower bf before cycle. My grand father and mother died in September. I pretty much ate the house and some do to depression. I'm back on my game with new dedication. I am excited to bump my macros! Thanks for the advice though.
