cypionate crashing

if you make inject cypionate out of raw powder and it crahes is there anyway to make it right? And why did it crash is it because of no benzonate? How is this avoidable?

how do you save cyp. after it crashes? is this avoidable by adding benzonoate?

I have stuck a needle in top of vial (to relieve pressure), and boil (with needle still in) swirling the vial about every 20sec until the cyp is clear gold.
And its the cold that normally causes the cyp to crash during transport.

I do the same with the needle but put mine in the oven on a pot holder and bake it for 20min at 250. Fixes it every time.
