Kai Greene is an American bodybuilder. He has been one of the best-known faces of bodybuilding since the second half of the first decade of the 2000s. He won the Arnold Classic 2009, 2010 and 2016. He is also famous for coming in second place behind Phil Heath at Mr.

The Classic Physique division was launched only in 2016. Breon Ansley is an undeniable leader of it. However, one of the best newcomers who can claim to be the best in the division is Keone Pearson.
