I have been doing those damn calves for a while but results yet to pop up...
Obviously genetics is the key, but for those of us who are genetically challenged in the calf department, what would be the solution; It would be great to hear from those who are not blessed with genetically great calves who have managed to build them; if your cursed with small calves it takes years and years of hard work to get them big, or even proportioned with the rest of your body.
Just curious to hear from those who are not blessed with genetically great calves but who have managed to build them.
Does foot placement matters,frequency,reps?Range of motion?
