i been doing what u guys told me to do which is run after a workout.. but yesturday i ran before my workout cause a friend of mine wanted to warmup with 2+ miles of runnning.. that killed me in weight lifting, i couldn't even reach my max on bicep/tricep excerises.. but i did do the workout in an hour and 10mins which i am proud of my self a little cause it was pretty short compared to my other workouts... i will get to a shorter time soon hopefully
