Upright Rows
Behind the neck anything
Good mornings.

Anything else?

I am currently doing upright rows and good mornings, but think its not worth the risk.

What would be good subsitute exercises for good mornings and upright rows?

I'm thinking of doing glute ham raises or pull throughs for good mornings.

Upright rows....don't know really.

Ok, and try some military press in front, instead of upright rows. I dont' think upright rows are dangerous though.
 
I do upright rows, I think they're great. I've heard they're rough on the shoulders, but I haven't had any problems, I did have shoulder problems in the past, but from doing heavy military presses.
 
Weighted back extensions instead of "good mornings" (although I do both)

Shrugs and bent-over lateral raises instead of upright rows.

I never do "behind the neck" anything.
