The names Daniel and I'm 17 years old and I have been into bodybuilding for around a year now and it has really changed my life. I used to be fat but bodybuilding solved that and it also gave me tons of confidence and allowed me to get rid of the anger I used to have. I run my own fitness/bodybuilding blog but I wont post it as I don't want to break any rules.
So, yeah that's all really and I look forward to getting to know some of you guys.
