I'm hoping to get some feedback on my deadlift form. (comments on my pert arse included)

The weight's 89kg (195lbs) The dumb looking plates on the outside are my old plastic ones
I weigh around 70kg (155lbs). I'm not real serious about body building (clearly, or I would be bulking more
) but I enjoy lifting and haven't had a chance to reflect on my dl form yet.
