Hi all
I've been bascially getting some obscure advice from the old school lifting and bbers at my gym, but now after realising even though they are all in good shape, with them being much older, they literally have no care for PCT and have been jabbing all sorts for a long time. So I wanted to ask for some specific advice from people who actually understand the science behind it all.
Any help is much appriciated.
I'm 5.10, 26 years old, 14stone..12%-14% bodyfat been month or two since last test but haven't put on hardly any fat at all.
Been training for about 6 years. Had some great increases in strength and size whilst keeping my training and diet well.
I'm currently taking a deca & test enanthate, 300mg of each per week. I have been taken this for 1 month.
Problem is I haven't increased / decreased dosage through the weeks as I notice from reading other members posts that they have done. I have two questions, how much and over what time period (weekly) should i increase / descrease dosages of both?
And for PCT, I have some Nolvadex and waiting on some clomid should be here this week, and wanted to ask what type of dosages and duration I should start PCT.
I've also been giving some dbol and avanar recently, so if these are any use in currently cycle let me know, if not i'll just save them for a rainy day in the future
