Decline, Incline and Flat bench do hit the same spot on the bottom?
On the incline I tend to hit the upper chest while on the flat bench I hit the nipples (soon to lower it below the nips) but I struggle to find the sweet spot for declines.

Where's your sweet spot for all 3.

Inclines are right at the bottom of my pecs, flat is upper abs somewhere, and declines are a bit further down from there.

Inclines taken to upper chest, declines and flat to lower chest.

I didn't really used to do it that way, but when I came back from my shoulder injury, touching the bar to my upper chest caused shoulder pain. I might not experience it now, but I stuck to incline pressing in that manner.

I hear you, I broke my clavicle bone and tore some tendons (I think it was that) a few years back and if I use a certain angle way I feel a slight discomfort in that area.
