i read an interesting review about those creams in maxim:

basically those creams just deaden the sensation..so then what fun is it....plus it gets on the inside of your girls "sugar bowl" and then she cant feel shit either..so why even bother having sex...i am not sure to what degree they numb you but if it aint feelin good why make it last longer in the first place!

Ummm, not to be the nudge here but, something LEGAL might be best to start with. You could take a cue from a scene in "Something about Mary" by "warming up" first. Just rub one out before going out and later, when she's ready, you won't be TOO ready.
