I am currently trying to create a workout program for myself to work around my schedule and my equipment limitations. I have martial arts involving a lot of bag work and such on mondays and thursdays which is pretty tiring. So I only have TUES, WED, and FRI available for weight training.
I am thinking of a few different variations.
I am using this site as a basis for possible workout routines.

I do not know what route would be the better to go.
2 day split like this one (TUES and WED) using 3 x 8
2 Day Split Workout: Upper Body / Lower Body
FRI would be a full body workout of 3 x 10 similar to this
Full Body Workouts: Alternating Upper / Lower
My other option is a 3 day split using 3 x 8 similar to this
3 Day Split Workout: Chest & Back / Legs / Shoulders & Arms
I would do abs work on all 3 days of either variation.
Just looking for some suggestions and what would be the best option. I am kind of leaning towards the 2 day split of upper/lower and Friday being full body. But I could be completely off. Any help would be appreciated.
