I've always been "in shape" and pretty motivated. I remained very motivated for a year or more and looked the best I ever looked. I was at the gym every morning at 5am and thought about everything that went into my body. This past year has come with a lot of life events, moving, marriage, 2 career changes.........and I wasn't able to keep up the work. Now I have gained about 10 pounds! I am getting back into the groove, but think I need to change up my work out routines.
Mostly I'm also looking for advice on loosing that last layer of fat. I am pretty muscular, not cut, but that layer of fat makes me look chunkier than I am. I am 5'10" and 159 lbs. Anyone out there that has advice on my body type or any advice at all would be a huge help. Thanks!
