Is a detox something that would be wise once a year or so? Say... a few weeks before a cycle? Best during a cut? I've never done it before, but it sounds like a good way to clean up some of the toxins I inject (hah) at college.
Interesting. Do you mind listing what you do? Completely new to the concept, but have heard good things about it. I imagine it can help the CNS repair, translating to better performance in the gym.
So which supplements do you use? I'm assuming it's during a cut? Any strict guidlines to follow?
I don't use any supplements. I take 4 days and I don't workout and instead go for evening walks. Take aromotherapy baths and drink homemade juices from various fruits and veggies. Lots of distilled water, no caffeine - no fluids other than water. Let me see if I can find the thread that I listed the different juice ideas for detox.
