sup guys my name is provolone and i'm new to this site which i find very helpfull and cool.i just need "usefull" d-bol tips not critism on me as a newb.

this would be my second time d-"bollin" straight with no extra enhancers just loads of h2o and lots of food and killer work outs.me as a person who looks at the mirror daily have noticed some weight increase in size but being as i look in the mirror and know what the hell i look like i figured "aaagh this sh!t ain't workin like i thought it would" but people noticed it quicker.anyways,i just want to know if you guys can answer these few q's for me:


1. is it safe to do 20ml or 25ml as a starter in this fashion :
2 morning 2 lunch break (noon) 1 3:30pm including food and water plus at 12 noon a protien shake? mind you the work out is around 4pm

2. should each usage contain m.thistle?
 
Can someone shoot me now??
