I was wondering if there is anyone else out there training for figure comps that has Grave's disease or any other thyroid disorder. I am finding it extremely difficult to drop the last layer ( they say it's water retention) although I am at 12.5% body fat, 106 lbs and 5'0 tall. I just can't seem to lean out all the way. As soon as I cut down on carbs, my body revolts and I become lethargic and hardly able to get to the gym. I'm hoping that someone else out there has some tips..Perhaps I do better with a clean diet not lacking in carbohydrates..even while leaning out?? Anyone heard of this happening? I think my abs actually look better while not restricting carbs ( IMO)..HELP!!!
