Ok guys, all I need to know is where on my delt and from what angle do I shoot the sust and how far in do I push in the needle, I have this fear that I'm gunna end up hitting bone hehe. Secnd, I'm about 215 pound right now and eat about 50grams of protein per meal. How many grams of protein and carbs should I take on cycle? Your help would be great guys, thanx allot.
