Diet and sexual performance

Note: *THIS IS A SERIOUS QUESTION*

I have only gotten into the bodybuilding thing in the past 6 months, but ever since I have my performance with my girlfriend has suffered dramatically.

Without getting into too much detail, ever since I started on this regimin my friend suggested I have gotten bigger in certain areas but smaller in others. Also, um, - how do I say this without offending you all? - my output, which used to be a point of pride, has greatly diminished and even tho she doesn't say anything I can tell that my lady is a bit disapponted with the change.

Is there anything I can do in terms of diet that might help my performance? I don't EVER want my body to go back to the way it was before, but there must be something I can do to have my cake and eat it too. Well, not really cake - ha ha.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
 
On a serious note...if you find your performance lagging...well...you could be overtraining....how often/hard are you training?
