Okay,

So, here I begin...Been working out more and getting more into the thought process of making more in ideas of weights, but with a desire of an all over fat loss and muscle gain. I've change my entire eating habits, and am now with little carbs and less then any such animal (meat) in eating on a daily basis. I drink power shakes all the day, and am down to 1/2 skim milk, and 1/2 water for everyone of these proteinshakes I induce. (Scared to try the wonderful shake recipes, because of the calorie and fat, maybe later!)

Would love to move more into a routine, since school in the Fall is to begin and I have more time for weights and such as well. I think, I would like to have some opinions, on the diets....this is my first big step with all of the stuff surrounding me(kid in the candy store) this meaning the pills, the doses, the cycles and so forth. I know I am headed the right path, but needing some advice for my counter clock of body pattern. Help!:hmmm:

I haven't read the full thing on Anabolic Diet, but will finish it
I glanced at Ultimate 2.0 diet. Is this for non beginners? I mean these diets in the Elite sector? Should I hold off on these books, and move over to another area that this section has to offer?
