Diet Help needed :)

Ok so ive just...started with my diet after 6 months of...honestly.. SHIT.-.-.. what a waste of all that training and effort, anyway,
Trying a 1240:1240:620 Spilt,
I have a quiet a limited budget but i have plenty of chicken and fish,
The morning i have 3 whole eggs,
2 Cups of Cheerios,

Then after that
ill have some protein from fish/chicken and half a large potato cut up,

And basicly Fish,Chicken, And poatatos, oh and i get a (Maccas) Chicken Burger in, i was 69, Currently, 73.3 Stuck there im 98% sure its due to my diet, Any advice, i have fitday.com and Calorie king.com.au accounts, Im not going to act like i know anything about diet..i dont. :\.

Currently Bulking ( Dont want to put to much Fat on.)
 
Can you please lay out your whole meal plan? You only give part of it.

Two things - I'd replace the Cheerios w/ oats - if you're on a budget, oats are a hellabunch cheaper than commercial cereal & oh so much better for you. Also you need some fats - Peanut butter (best if natural - nothing but peanuts, almonds or cashews) is a great source, as is extra virgin olive oil.
 
Eggs eggs and eggs!

Your diet seems to be lacking fats. Increase calories and eat your fats.. Don't be scared of them. They are your friend ;)

If you have fit day and have been logging your intake please post up your daily total calories and your weight please.
