I'm new to the body building thing. I'm about 5'7 120 pounds. I have been researching but no luck so what I came here for is to see you you all could help me set up a diet plan for me or atleast point me in the right direction towards a diet plan that would work best for me. My main goal is to gain as much muscle mass as possible. I realize this is going to take alot of hard work and patience by me. If you could help me out it would be much appreciated.
