ive been consuming around 2,000 cals 250 grams of carbs and 50 grams of fats. ive lost 5 pounds with the last 4 weeks. i think i hit a wall. What should i do? should i lower my total calories or lower my carbs? i do went from 179 to 174. MY early morning job is very active and the rest of the day im not that active except when i do cardio or weight lifting.
