Hey guys just need some inputs on, what should be our diet for first three months of joining gym.

iifym.com try this site put your info in and it will give you a good idea of where to start cutting/bulking guidelines. Adjust your macros/cals about every 2 weeks as you loose or gain. Hope this helps.
