Someone please give me some advice.
For the past few months I rarely need to take a dump. I just don't feel like taking one most days. Usually I try and force myself to but it just ends up taking ages and a lot of effort and the end result is small and not really worth the effort.....
What usually happens is after a game of soccer where I've been running around a lot(which happens once or twice a week) I then go to town on the toilet that night. It seems as though all the exercise gets my stomach working and it catches up on the past few days worth of not going to the toilet.
Maybe it's my diet? Usually for breakfast I have weetabix, then for lunch a sandwich, dinner could be anything really, pasta, potatoes with meat and veg, chips and a burger, pizza, pretty much anything.
I drink a few cups of tea and glasses of water during the day too.
Anyone got any advice please?
