diet Pepsi ok?

Ok, so this is probably a stupid quetion, but I don't know the answer. I use to drink regular Pepsi all the time, I stopped that and now I drink diet once in a while. Is diet that much better? Maybe I should stop all soda :confused:
 
diet pepsi is ok like 1-2 times a day. Just dont have too much

stay away from regular soda

The occasional diet drink is fine. Just don't go overboard.

:hmmm: i thought all that stuff was full of crap and to be avoided at all costs? i never drink fizzy drinks anymore, glasses of water 24/7 for me

You're right, diet colas are poison.

Diet drinks are full of crap. But they are calorie free and are ok in limited amounts.

However, water is 100 x better.

The last time I drank a coca-cola was in 1994. Why not try (besides water) fruit juices? Also red grape juice mixed with sparkling water tastes good.......

I stay away from anything that's been "juiced". Fruit juice is liquid sugar and you end up consuming too much. Better to eat the actual fruit if you're going to have it. Closest I'd have to that would be lemon and water.

I drink diet-caffeine free coke. I make sure I drink extra water when I do. Sometimes it helps fill the "sweet tooth" craving...although its not really sugar.

2 times a day a day sounds like not such a good idea to me. It depends on what your perogative is. I never drink sodas because there is nothing at all healthy about them. If I dont think it has somewhat healthy substances in it I'm not consuming it.
 
Probably. Look how much sugar is in it. Sugar is horrible for you I think.
 
I would think there would be very little sugar in diet soda...

Anyway, water is obviously the best choice, a little Crystal Light don't hurt none, either.

What I find interesting is that I never see anyone mention tea. No sug, no cals, no carbs (all assuming unsweeted, of course) and antioxidants to boost. I usually throw down 3-4 large glasses with lunch.
 
I use methylated prosteroids, stimulants, huge amounts of protein, and a number of other "questionably healthy" supplements. It is highly unlikely that occasionally overdoing diet soda is gonna do me in. That said, I agree that moderation is key...
