Ok, so this is probably a stupid quetion, but I don't know the answer. I use to drink regular Pepsi all the time, I stopped that and now I drink diet once in a while. Is diet that much better? Maybe I should stop all soda

I stay away from anything that's been "juiced". Fruit juice is liquid sugar and you end up consuming too much. Better to eat the actual fruit if you're going to have it. Closest I'd have to that would be lemon and water.Why not try (besides water) fruit juices? Also red grape juice mixed with sparkling water
2 times a day a day sounds like not such a good idea to me. It depends on what your perogative is. I never drink sodas because there is nothing at all healthy about them.
