Over the past few months that I have been with all of your here at the forums, I've come across to everyone as the guy who asks too many unnecessary questions, and rightfully so I admit that I have come a long way, but still have a lot to learn. I thought it would be great to hand ve a thread where everyone (anyone who is interested in helping) would post his/her diet on here, mention if they were cutting, bulking, or simply just maintaining their weight. This, I believe, would give newbies (like myself) a great way to see what kinds of foods people are consuming with various lifestyles. I also believe that by doing this, there will be many questions answered, and you would not hear from me half as much as you all are now. So I will give it a try, and for others that are willing to do it, I thank you.

I am currently cutting, I'm around 12% body fat and looking to get around 8 % by December. Here is my diet:

I wake up: have one scoop of whey protein w/ 8 oz of water

Approx: 30 minutes later I hustle over to the gym and do intense sprints for about 20-30 minutes.

1st meal:
- 3-4 egg whites
- oatmeal
- apple

2nd meal:
- 1 scoop whey protein, 1 scoop casein protein, and oats for a protein shake
- 1 apple

3rd meal:
- chicken breast
- brown rice
- apple

4th meal:
- salmon/tilipia
- veggies (steamed brocolli)

5th meal:
-2 scoops micellar matrix
-2 tbsp natural organic PB

I think this will be a good way to see what everyone likes in their diet, people can mix and match various lean proteins, good fats, and good carbs and put their own diet together with the great ideas that people responding to this post contribute. Again, for those of you that are going to participate, thank you much!

Lol :)

Actually I think you think it's a good way for someone to write a decent diet for you. Nice try. :hiya:

I appreciate your imput.

Nice try but he never listens to anyone's advice anyway or he wouldn't be on that crappy diet.

The above diet is crappy?

What the fuck is wrong with the 2 of you.. he is asking to see what other members are eating. If you dont want to contribute, then stay in the open chat.

Yeah, I think it is crappy and I will share my opinion wether you like it or not.

Most people here who have designed a diet have made a thread about it anyway.

This guy has been doing this for months now. People help him then he says it doesn't work for him. Go ahead, waste your time.

Yeah, maybe it's time for me to leave. Take care everyone, and oh yeah I forgot: listen to reproman, he seems to know what he's talking about.

I would have said it in a more polite way, but the diet is not optimum.

Where is the proper food?

I eat FOOD when dieting, wide variety, protein is just a supplement to bump up my protein intake.

Also, 4% bodyfat could be about 4 kg, and you can lose 1 kg a week, not in 4 months.

I do wonder why people want to drop to lower than average bodyfat percentages for most of the time.

Not trying to be mean but the nutrition mods and others have tried to help time and time again. What he posted is not a diet IMHO because he don't even have any stats or macros posted, so what's the point really. This is more like a diet, but that's just my opinion.
