Hello, i just started competing in triathlons and am wondering what would be a good diet program to go on. I had been training and dieting for muscle mass(I.e.) low carb high protein but now need more carbs to keep me going. I am currently 6'1" 195lbs and want to keep as much muscle as possible and get down to about 6% body fat.(im currently around 12%) So how much carbs, fat and protein should i be taking in in order to keep my muscle mass and lose fat.
