usually just chicken.

no carbs after 6!!!!

was lifting regular, drinking like 1.5 gallons of water a day, yeah its crazy that much water its hard to do, and i was taking a fat burning supplement, i think it was called hot rox that stuff was good!!! almost as good as hydroycut when it had epherdrine in it. the big things is small meals...and often..it will be hard at first to eat that much but once u start to eat like that your body will start to be hungry the times before u get ready to eat. also this is the stuff i enjoy eating i like cottage cheese so that is why i eat it at break...at lunch sometimes have brown rice with it too...remeber modiration and not to stuff your self and plenty of water..

Don't waste your money on those supplements unless you have nothing better to spend it on. Most fat burners don't even add an increase of 1% to fat burning - they are mostly stimulants. If you really want one then at least get some Ephedrine and Caffeine instead. Cheaper and more effective.

Now as far as training.........

What is your training and cardio like now?

and Diet..........

It's not very good. You have no good complex carbs and not enough phytonutrients. I hope you are still drinking 1.5 gals water a day.

The bread in Meal 1 is not a very good complex carb. You should switch this to Oats or Oat Bran and add some fruit

Also, what are you doing for Pre & Post Workout? You should have more complex carbs surrounding those meals as well and I don't see anymore starchy carbs other than the bread which is not a good choice to begin with.

Where are the EFA's?

i work out 5 days a week...good workout for about a hour to hour and a half and about 30 -45 mins good brisk walk on tread or bike...that is what i have started...

i guess if my diet is not right could u spell out a meal plan for me? i have read about flax oil and some others but i dont know much about them could u help me out

Not much to spell out...........

Add in 1 C. of Brown Rice, sweet Potato or oats Pre-Workout. For Post workout add in some fruit and oats. Some people like to use no sugar added plain yogurt, milk, fruit and oats.

Change your breakfast carb to Oats or oat bran or even cream of wheat for that matter.

Add in 10 caps of Fish oil per day, 1 T. of Olive Oil and some nuts. Place these in various Meals. And eat more green veggies. You can eat veggies with any or all of those meals.

Also, read the sticky at the top of the forum.......Guide to Cutting..........

also i really like to eat these shrimp i like to get at the store and i wondered if i could work them into my meals somewhere, though since they were fish they would be ok..here is the info on them

280 calories
120 from fat
8g of total carbs
sugars 4g
32g of protein

What kind of shrimp are they and how much is that in a serving? That doesn't look right to me.......

the shrimp that is total in the box i double everything because the nutrialnal facts are per serving and there is 2 servings in a box so i double everything, its about 14 shrimp, is like a jamacian jerk style shrimp

That doesn't sound very good to me  Shrimp in a box
