Hello all.. i really ned help to get a diet routine down as I am a newby and trying to trim up. i am starting a workout regeme today. but i know that diest has a bunch to do with it.
I see many diets on here and i really like the idea of eating many times a day and eating smaller amt's. However this is the deal, I do not eat vegtibles, i eat meat, chicken, fish, nuts and fruits, cereals, etc. but no veggies besides corn a potatoes. can you help me come up with a diet plan that will help me loose the most weight and keep me in good shape?
