well in the begging i was thinking of getting cut and dieting but then i realized that i am a football player and i need to be big. I want to go from getting cut to bulking. befroe when i was dieting i ate 5-6 small meals per day. should i still eat 5-6 even when i am trying to bulk? and can someone give me some good tips on what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
