I just started going to the gym, on a regular basis anyways, and I have a definite problem when I lift. My right arm is literally about 3 times stronger than my left. The gym I go to is lifetime and they have a huge range of machines/dumbbells so I have a lot of equipment open to me just not sure what would be the best.
Also, should I cut out exercises that require both arms completely and just single arm activies or no. One thing I definitely notice is after Im done with bench press my left arm is really sore while dont feel a thing on right.
