I am and advocate of weighted pull ups,dips or weighted abs and I was wondering what do you guys think about using a backpack for weighted dips.
I have a pretty good set up at home and besides my bench,DB and BB I have a pull up bar and a set up for dips.
For a while I am gonna work out at home after 5 years of membership at the local Gym.
Question:
Could the use of a backpack have a bad impact on my back spine ?
How deep do you go?
How do you work your chest using dips? Do you lean forward ?
