DMZ and getting sick

Just about 6 days into a round of Super-DMZ and cycle assist and my wife has seem to gott'en me sick or just starting to get sick. Should I stop the cycle and resume when I fell better?

no that would be a waste and you wouldent have enough to do the full cycle when you get better. id keep pushing through

agreed, if its just a cold take a few days off to rest then resume, I would continue the cycle.
