i can take alot of stuff without fear but dnp i wouldnt even think of using even if i knew i would win my show, fuck that and if thunder is telling you to stay away please listen to him. i dont know much about it but fuck that drug.![]()
if iam not mistaken, could be though, that dnp was passed by the fda in the 70s or 80s as a weight loss drug but got pulled right away cause sides.
I'll check but I believe it was in the 30's or 40's. It was, iirc, an ingredient in munitions manufacturing and everyone exposed to it lost a great deal of body fat. It was marketed and then some people croaked from taking to much and having their body temp skyrocket. I'll lok it up monday and repost.
It was reported to have an interesting side, particularly in women that resutled in cataracts. (in the 30s).
The last big discussion of people dying from DNP was the Perrin kid a couple years ago who was using DNP, as well as a couple other recreational party drugs and died from the dehydration that the party drugs, being out partying and the DNP caused.
The primary thing about DNP is that you're sort of useless while you're on it - it jacks up your CNS so don't sleep well, you're sweating all the time and can get dehydrated quickly. You get winded very quickly so don't expect to be able to do any cardio or heavy / intense lifting on it. And when your cycle is over, you are very water retentive for a week or two. So all in all, probably the time you spent running it and feeling like shit, and then waiting for the water to come off, you could've gotten a good burn rate going w/ a tight diet, training, cardio and good quality recovery.
I ran DNP a few years ago and the results were great. The only main side I had from it was constant sweating, espicially after eating any food containing carbohydrates. I know a few others who have ran it without any problems either. Just stay very hydrated, and you'll be fine. IMO it's not dangerous as everybody makes it to be, IF you are using it correctly.
I agree, but the problem is nodoby does enough research on topics to do it correctly.

DNP is overrated. Stay cool and crink 3 gallons of water and you won't die.
DNP can be pretty anabolic, but I would probably run something with it just to be safe. As fast as DNP can make you lose weight you are bound to shed some muscle.
There is no better fat burner available. NOTHING elses even comes close, so no it's not overrated.
It's not anabolic at all. You will not shed muscle on it, where did that information come from?
Let me re-phrase that. The dangers of DNP are overrated.
..and I never said that you won't lose muscle on DNP. I said that as fast as you lose weight, it is BOUND to happen.
